I ordered a cake 3 days before, paid it all & even sent a picture to the "baker" all in vain because when I went to pick it up it was TOTALLY different & SUPER SLOPPY. They tried selling it to me cheaper but it was so ugly I didn't want it all. They ended up giving me a refund but it was still EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING that my son's 2nd birthday was ruined because they're so UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't recommend this place at all
