Bad customer service. Way understaffed and extremely long wait times to do a simple deposit. Save yourself some time and drive to McAllen or Pharr.

This bank is the slowest bank ever. They need to make the sign at the drive thru bigger. The manager and his staff need to work on having better customer service. I'm so glad I bank with IBC they are simply the best.
