When I go into the store I have a great experience all the time, and drive thru 75% is okay experience but today I got a gentleman that did not look happy. He was curt and was not at all happy to be helping me. I'm trying not to take it personally but either way he's gonna put a lot of people down if he's in a bad mood. Hope it was just a one day thing.
I understand it’s probably the end of their day, but don’t be a jerk... some of us look forward to a cold/hot beverage at the end of OUR work day.. I shouldn’t have strayed away from the Starbucks on mccoll and nolana... they have, hands down THE BEST staff working there... according to the chubby guy in glasses the mangers name at THIS location is named Chris Collins. Well Mr. Collins, you have a bit more work to do with your employees & maybe Get pointers from the one who manages the SB’s on mccoll....
Worst experience.. the guy was rude at the window.. from not saying thank you, to dropping my debit card and not even saying a word except slamming the window on me... I get the debit card is a mistake but come on, I’ve been in customer service for many years and a simple “oh no I’m sorry about that” would’ve been fine instead of a “f*** y**” with the window closing...
The drive through will almost always be a long wait. I used to come here at least once a month and customer service is always just eh whatever. They will also get my order wrong every now and then so I make sure to taste it before I leave.
Disappointing! Poor service. Employees are very rude.
Awful service. Tried to order off the menu and they couldn't get our drinks right after 2 times. Employees acted annoyed & gave us dirty looks. Really disappointed in this locations overall service.
