Very bleak. 20 miles to nearest Supermarket. Lots and lots of burs in the vegetation. Can't call it grass because it is just weeds. Doggy couldn't walk outside. Thorns punctured both tires on the bike. Only good things are very quiet location, nice pool area, free wifi, free electricity and huge sites (which you can't use anyway because of the burs.
ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THEIR.
Lovely park. Needs a little update. But under new management and ownership. Really quiet country setting. Great little fishing pond. Laid back and relaxing. Lots of activities in the winter. Very very reasonable pricing. Really great people.
