Also, I agree with others who have mentioned the need for more registers/check-out stations.
There are many good quality products here, but I feel that many items (in all departments) are extremely overpriced. And, although there always seems to be some sort of 'sale' going on, the prices for some items, even after the discounts are applied, are simply too high.

I had placed several big orders on line to take advantage of the VIB Rouge promotion that Sephora offers every year, Three items didn’t work for me so I decided to return them to my local Jcpenney store, because i had used my Jcpenney card to purchase the items, I got there an someone by the name of Aubrey helped me she was bothered that i had returns and basically interrogated me why i was returning, then someone by the name of Analisa I think that was her name a women with long fake blonde hair, she was worst!!! Basically she said i needed to come back because they couldn’t help me, because they needed to call sephora and that would take at least 30 minutes, then i demanded to speak to a supervisor, then supervisor comes over after i waited about 20 minutes her name was Marisa, wow now I understand why those employees have a crappy attitude, way to go sephora that’s how you treat your VIB Rouge customers. Will call store to file a formal complaint, corporate office and sephora as well .
While I did find a great sale, I could not believe how terrible the store looked! 75 percent of the store was a complete mess. I went on 7/3 at 1 pm. Maybe there was a massive rush of people that morning but other than at the registers, I never saw an associate who was cleaning up. JC Penny workers and customers alike need to do better.
This is the worst place to shop. The entire store is a complete mess. There is more stuff on the floor and in the wrong area than where it’s supposed to be. Don’t expect the employees to know what they’re doing either. You’re better off going to Ross. They really should consider burning the place down and starting over.
