Horrible, They gave me a TB test and They did not contact me until 2 Months later telling me I was positive and that I Needed to go in for an X Ray. Then they had me wait a week just to give me the X Ray. I am still waiting for the Doctor to review my X Ray results. I call in and get treated rudely. I would not recommend anyone go here. With the exception of one nurse They did not help me out to the best of their abilities. It's been 3 weeks I have not been able to return to work and they can't give me a straight answer on if the doctor will actually read my results today. The doctor only goes in once a week. What a joke!
Called for information. was greeted well. however the lady on the phone turned rude and spoke over me. all of sudden she started speaking in two languages at the same time. very bad customer service. I hope people head over to the McAllen location. where the treatment is exceptional.
