I'm happy with my purchases. I'm giving a 2 star because the cashier had no customer service skills. I asked for assistance to carry my furniture out to the car because it was heavy. He kept quite and didn't answer until he was done charging me. As soon as he put the merchandise in the car, he left leaving the car door open and without thanking the customer. I guess I expected the same treatment as other stores where they go the extra mile to help the customer.
Don't go there after 8:30 if you need assistance with your buying . Most of the floor people are gone by then and you are on your own. Otherwise, they have just about everything you need and the cost is not that bad.

Very helpful staff, particularly Luci at customer service. She helped me with my very heavy basket of returns. Later, she helped me again as I was trying to pay for a door. They got swamped for a while and Luci took care of business!!! She was efficient , delegated duties to colleagues, helped customers, and cleared out the the temporary rush, all with a smile for every customer. Proud to say this is the service at my local Lowe's.
