Very bad management,they lost three of my shirts and didn't even help me I'm any way. Didn't remburst me for lost shirts or a reduction in my bill. Don't recommend them at all
I'm surprised there are not more bad reviews on here unless the owner is deleting them.Some time back I took some clothe to this business and one pant for alteration. They lost shirts and did nothing to the pants..the owner claimed they did but as luck was not on there side I deliberately before hand marked the pant on the inside to let me know the present length of the pant and when I confronted him he began to stutter I had also asked him about my lost shirts...at that point a young lady walked in infuriated about an alteration that never got done...at that moment a gentleman walked in threatening to call the police because the owner either lost his clothes or didn't do the cleaning but charged him.Then afterwards the police show up ! The owner asked us to go to the back of the store ,our shirts we among a pile of clothes that were casualties of this con artist failing business! The items we did receive had never been cleaned .We all walked back in to the front of the door and the young lady attending us said .."I'm the one who gets screamed at for this idiot. ..I'm not doing this anymore! ) then walked out. Another customer that was a patron for years told me that you have to know him very well for him to do the job he is supposed to do. What he does when his finances allow him is he takes the clothes to a reputable cleaner to have the clothe clean for only a few certain customers. ..very few is what she told me.Im calling this owner out..hey I'll tell you what if he has a problem with my comment he going to have a bigger problem with the customers. .DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS, DONT GO ! THIS BUSINESS IS MR PRESS CLEANERS AND LAUNDRY AND ITS LOCATION IS IN EDINBURG! THEY WILL CLEAN YOUR WALLETS AND PURSE OUT!
