Being as I have a MoviePass I hit up about every theater in the area and this one is my favorite. Great quick service and there are drink refill stations and restrooms within reasonable difference of every theater. They also let you add your own butter which is always a huge plus for me. The only downside is they often don't get some of the limited releases even though they definitely have enough screens to do so, so always check the listings before you go.
Horrible customer service. It was slow. The employees don’t know what a survey app is and then they cost me points because they didn’t know how to use it. Then pretended to talk to manager, I saw that she didn’t find one, comes back and tell me the manager said we don’t take it. It’s one if you don’t know how to use it, but to lie to me, to say the manager said we don’t take it, just because you quit looking for him/her to help you? Smh No apologies from management and sent me on my way. Then they didn’t even have what we wanted. Smh Horrible service over all. Seats were good but not worth the wait. As handicap customers, they kept us on our feet in line for tickets and food forever now that it’s all together.
Terrible. Me and my mom just went an hour ago. We waited in line. The line was so long and took us about an hour to get to the registers. Right when we were about to order our tickets, they told us it was sold out. 1 hour wasted to get nothing. It was really annoying and frustrating. I have been having a really bad day and this just made it even worse. I was expecting to have a fun movie night with my mom but I guess not. I am NEVER going to this place again. It sucks. I hate how they don’t even bother trying to announce that the tickets are sold out. I’m never coming here again. This place freaking sucks, service is terrible. In line the building was so loud and hot, literally a bunch of little kids around me were complaining to their parents how hey were SWEATING because of how hot it was. Going to Bistro and others from now on. This terrible movie theater sucks and they just lost a great customer. Don’t waste your time and money coming here.
The renovation made this theatre so beautiful!! The seats were the best part!! I felt like i was sitting on a recliner and was able to put my feet up and everything!! It just made the movie experience so much better!! My family & I will definitely be returning very soon!!
Saturday visit. No line for tickets or popcorn. The popcorn was Stale, they were out several candy, the soda machines were out of regular coke, no Ice either. Slushy machine had only 1 working flavor. In the theater no A/C or at high level, the seats still had food from last movie, and all along the floor behind the seats was popcorn that was just pushed under instead of cleaned. Im not talking about a little bit, i mean like the cleaner is just shoving all of it under the seats. Yes the bathrooms were dirty as well.
