Great place to visit with family. They have all kinds of nice little wood features for kids to enjoy. You get to experience nature in a relatively protected environment (you can still hear cars driving by). There are plenty of kiskirees and chachalacas around. Not too big but not too small, great place for a 30 minute nature power walk.
This is amazing place to get away and capture great nature photography! I highly recommend this place for the entire family! Friendly staff and very informative!
Great place for birding, it is one of the many World Birding Centers in the RGV. They have great staff that will gladly help. You can rent binoculers for free. They have all sorts of events as well.
