I took a chance on this clinic just by the review history. I was not disappointed. The clinic was clean and pet friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind.They treated my fur baby like there own. I was very impressed and will continue to take all my kiddos here.
At my previous vet. I felt that the animals were part of an assembly line. So, I decided to go to a different vet. I like Dr. Whitney, and her staff. They seem to care and be concerned about the wellbeing for my dog.
I'm really happy I switched to this veterinarian. I was so worried when another vet at Edinburg-Mcallen Veterinary Clinic diagnosed my dog with a false pregnancy and enlarged liver without any explanation or treatment options. Dr. Whitney Keller was so patient and informative. She provided many treatment and tests that are available. I really like this office and it's staff. If you care about your pets I highly recommend it here.
Their prices were fair, and their bedside manner was among the best I've encountered in twenty-five years of pet ownership. Highly recommended.
The staff at Veterinary Wellness Center handled our pet's end-of-life treatment with grace and compassion. Their offices and treatment rooms are decorated in such a way as to put both pets and owners at ease, which is especially helpful when helping a beloved pet pass.
