The individual who answered the phone would would not allow us to talk to the owner, or even a manager, or even provide their names (My guess is the true owner is rarely on site) I could hear washtubs and banging in the background and This individual was too busy to discuss services or if we could bring our own Bath products, just too busy, and very abrupt. The person we spoke to used very limited English and you could immediately tell that we were nothing but an inconvenience and aggravation to her.! If she treated us like this imagine her bathing your dog. If you love your pet cheapest is not always the best solution; This place is not for you, keep looking.

I tried to make an appointment for my puppy for tomorrow, the lady was SUPER RUDE!! She didn't even ask when I wanted to bring him in; she automatically said "I don't have time today" in a really rude tone. Is she's like that with clients, I can only imagine how she would be to my puppy. No way I'll leave my dog with her.
Good service! My dog stayed with them for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and he seemed fine.
Basically rude and abrupt when we called. We are winter Texans, in the RGV 6 months a year. We travel "Full Time" the remaining six months. So the wives Malti-Poo has been bathed and groomed throughout the US and we KNOW groomers! Because of passed disasters we attempt to interview a groomer and talk with them even before we decide to drop her off. Why, the disasters, Almost anytime we failed to do and intervie relation point We also bring her own shampoos and conditioners and we need to verify if this is OK with them. The products we provide are Gentle but expensive show products, but DO allow her to be bathed every two weeks which she simply adores.
