I have had a few storage units over the years at different facilities, but I have had the best experience at Access Mini Storage by far. Management is always available for any questions or issues that may arise, not that there have been many of the years. I want to thank Norma and Access Mini Storage for making everything so easy and wonderful!
The thought of moving from one place to another is over whelming but i was so thankful i called Access Storage. Norma gave me such customer service, that she gave me a peace of mind when we spoke that she assured me everything would be fine. She went above and beyond to give her service. It's been almost two months since i emptied the two storages and i was compelled to write this review of how clean the facility is, the customer service, and reasonably priced Access Storage is. I highly recommend this business to anyone.
