This was our first time taking our pet to the vet. The receptionists were very nice but the doctor overall seemed very rushed. He gave us a VERY BASIC idea of what he may have, but couldn't even write what he noticed in the dog. Instead he said, "it'll be on the receipt." The receipt was SUPER VAGUE, and didn't have any actual writing on it. Overall I was pretty disappointed, and didn't feel the visit was worth the money.
Awsome service and staff incredible. DR Hinojosa is spot on and very knowledgeable. They really treat pets like family. Prices very reasonable.
Took our dog for the same problem 3 times. We never got any answers as to what the cause was, how to prevent it, or what to do. I went to another vet and on the first visit, he explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Major difference! I won't be coming back.
I was able to walk in with minimal wait time.They have enough staff to cater for walk instead.
If you just need your pets vaccinated, heartworm medication, flea medication or anything of that nature, then this is a good place for that. However, if your looking for a caring and informative veterinarian, you won't find one here. I brought my pug here because of a false pregnancy and I was told that she had a large liver and that I should keep an eye on it. I wasn't offered a treatment plan or any information whatsoever. I was so worried, I kept thinking how I would keep "an eye on her liver?" This place is always packed and they make you feel rushed once they actually see you. I switched to Veterinary Wellness Center with Dr. Whitney Keller and I highly recommend it. She gave me actual information and many treatments options. Like I said before, if you just need vaccines and medicine then this place isn't bad so that's why I gave it two stars and not one.
