The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life
The employees were friendly enough. The car that I rented was basically, mostly clean and it was full of fuel, and it was an upgrade in size due to their supply limitations. The car was ready when I arrived for pick up; however, the vehicle required maintenance. As soon as I realized that the indicator was not clearing, I called the office, at which time they told me that it wasn't something that I should worry about... Had a 275mi one-way trip to drive. Also, the $50 one-way drop charge (in San Antonio) was more than I had anticipated. It's a good thing that I didn't need to rent another vehicle to return to the RGV (took Greyhound to get back) after my 2.5wk absence, as there would have been a $100+ drop charge in Edinburg... that's just too much!

Rude customer service. The woman will just cut you off in the middle of explaining your concerns and ask for a name and number too call you back at; which NEVER happens. They are not willing to help. Overall horrible experience.
I rent from here because of the proximity to work. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
