We were able to do our maintenance on our Mercedes with half of the money the dealer was charging us. I really like their customer service department. They explained every question we had. Our I will definitely come back.

Very bad service, poor quality of work but very high price
The rates are too high for some basic work, but they are very versatile and most of the work they offer is well priced and work is guaranteed to be done right. The offer a warranty on the work. With a lot of small shops around that could and would screw people over, that's something worth valuing more for the money.
