Wonderful experience! I took my two boys today for a checkup and everything went by very fast and enjoyable. My six year old boy was nervous and scared. Let me tell you, he did not want to leave this place! Doctor is awesome. He really makes sure you don't leave the office without any questions. Very nice and clean place and my boys loved it. Recommend this place 100%.
Great and patient dentist. Very nice and attentive staff. My son went in for an extraction because he fell and broke his tooth. Everyone was concerned and made the experience pleasant and bearable for both mom and 2 year old. Now I switched all 3 of my children with this dentist. Kids are entertained while waiting with so many things for them to do. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome!!!!
This place looks nice and the kids get a balloon after their treatments. However, the office needs to pay attention to more important issues such as not quadruple booking the appointments and getting the patients out ASAP. I scheduled an appointment for my three kids at 4 pm today and went in at 3:59. There was at least another child booked also at 4 pm based on the sign in sticker that hasn't been picked up and another 5-6 kids in the waiting area. I waited until 4:20 and asked when we would be called. I told the receptionist that we had to leave around 5 pm for a swimming session. I was told we were next and would be called soon. After another 20 minutes, I asked again and was told they couldn't see us today because of a power outage earlier, but then why wasn't I told when I asked 20 minutes ago? I was told they wouldn't be able to finish until 6 pm if I chose to stay, so we left without seeing the dentist and would never go back again. The patients' time is valuable too, not just the dentist's.
I️ can’t say enough positive things about this place. The dental assistants are super sweet And help the patient feel at ease. The doctor was so patient with my son, he explained everything to my son! I️ can’t wait to take my younger to him! This is definitely our new dentist.
