The staff is awesome , they never say no. Always willing to make to time to see you and address your dental issues.
Dr Duran and all of his staff were so friendly and helpful. Both my boys were very comfortable and a ease in their calm environment. My youngest 12 year old son has autism and his visit was the best he's ever had at this office. Love the extra time they took in discussing my concerns and thoughts on a more natural healthier way of dental care. Highly recommend to anyone.
The holistic approach to dental care was new to me as this was my first visit. The doctor and staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. They took their time to do a complete exam and evaluation. My wife and I will be going back to get all the recommended work done. We will also be returning to get our teeth cleaned by their hygienist. She was great.
I have been coming here since my first “emergency” visit on a Sunday where they worked me in. I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff and Dr. Duran. The dental hygienist is exceptionally thorough, just like Dr. Duran; all of the staff do an outstanding job. I have received the most congenial, professional, and thorough dental services from any dental office I have ever been to. Beyond the routine services, I have had three implants, bone grafts, and sinus lifts... I hate pain during a dental procedure, but Dr. Duran does a super job making it a painless process. I think he is also a perfectionist, so he is very picky about getting the job done perfectly. I am exceptionally well satisfied.
Staff is very friendly and kind! They're open weekends and stay late evenings. I had to have a root canal and some fillings, on a Friday night. They were very accommodating. Sam is at the front counter, does billing, he is super helpful. I really like they're upfront about their costs and give you options to work with your budget. The dental hygienist was very thorough as well! Lastly, the dentist who saw me, not Dr. Duran, was really kind and personable. Actually made my root canal a pleasant experience.
