The woman in the front desk is very nice and helpful. There's a nurse there who's rude and treats you like you're an idiot but if this was a review for that nurse I'd give her a 1 but the entire clinic as a whole is great. :)
I came for a flu shot. The woman in the front desk told me to take a number (7), after 27 minutes waiting she asked me the reason of my visit again, then she told me to left the number and filled a package of documents because it was my first time. Now I have to wait for those who arrived after me. I am really disappointed with her poor customer service.
