The Pedi Nurses were amazing with my Son.
I have been here with my son for 9hours cause he has a right side abdominal pain they have giving medication for pain but no answers for his ct bad customer service no nurses to be found nor doctors
Intensive care unit has very bad service. Doctor Raj Srivastata is there all day but just in his office. Got me discharged at 11am supposedly and I got out of there at about 8pm because he was busy with another patient and could not do my paperwork. But aren't all patients as important? He could have taken some minutes to do my paper work and then go with the other patient the rest of the day if he needed more care. Nurse came in several times to apologize for not having stuff ready saying the doctor was busy...
It's called a children's hospital but yet they didn't have a pediatric surgeon that they only had a surgeon for adults so my son was transferred by EMS to another hospital worst hospital ever. stop caring about the views and start caring about your patients .
