What a terribly disappointing experience. I ordered from Elva's for Mother's Day and they completed failed to deliver on service and quality. First and foremost, they delivered late. The order was scheduled for Saturday but they never made it out. Second, they lied to me and said that made multiple phone calls and left voice messages for my mother about the delivery. Both statements were incorrect. Finally, once they finally delivered, the flowers were already dead- literally fully opened blooms that were already browning. Bad service. Bad quality. Bad experience. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

Great arrangements for the best price, great work and delivered on time. Have used others but Elva's is the best, will continue to call them for any arrangement I need.
