I met and have been dating a woman from here in the valley. Having only recently moved here I did not know what to expect when I went into Margarita's. I wanted to buy my girlfriend a bouquet for her birthday. They were very informative about what they could do. They did an amazing job, the flowers looked even better than the picture. They delivered by the time I asked. Needless to say my girlfriend loved it and it was worth every penny. Would recommend them to anyone and will go back on the next occasion.

Worst experience ever!! I know leaving things last minute usually ends up on a bad note. THANKS TO ROSIES FLOWER SHOP, that was not the case. I called Margaritas Flower shop at 1115 am to place my order. Lady who takes my order rells me delivery will occur with the hr. Almost three hrs later, order still not delivered. I called at least 8 times with each time getting their vm. I drive to the place and find the cashier laughing and chatting with other people there, no urgency. I explain my situation and they tell me I should know there are other orders in front of me and those have priority. I am their customer, that is why I asked how long would it take. They should have been honest by giving me a realistic delivery timeframe and not deceiving me in order to get my business. Extremely dissatisfied that I am with this place and I tell lady there I am going to give them a bad review, her reply is simply "ok." This place has horrible customer service and I will never come back!!!!!
