Okay service but horrible delivery was told their going to deliver today and they haven't even called me and was told it'd be delivered between 1-7 and it's 9:35 still no call from delivery drivers was told it'd be delivered today!!!! Very disappointed and was lied too

I have my account on EZ pay because I am a retired senior citizen veteran. Retirement benefits get deposited on the 3rd wednesday every month and had instructed and agreed to payments being taken out on that day. Account representative took money on Wednesday and again on Friday. This thoroughly messed up my bank account which resulted in overdraft charges from my bank in excess of $200. Fortunately the division manager resolved the problem. In addition, furniture I had leased turned out to be of exceptionally poor quality and certainly not worth anywhere near the amount I am being charged. Totally disappointed with most all aspects of this store.
