RUDE AND ABNOXIOUS. I BOUGHT A STOVE FROM THERE AND I STILL HAVE IT 10 YEARS LATER. THE FURNITURE MAKES THE STORE AWESOME BUT NOT THE EMPLOYEES FROM BROWNSVILLE TO MISSION TX.

This store was fantastic. I recently moved to Edinburg and I appreciate the great customer service and overall welcoming attitude. The manager was especially hospitable and friendly. I felt that she really cared about me as a customer. The sales associates were excellent and very attentive. My experience was much better than other furniture stores I've been to since relocating. They didn't seem too pushy and allowed me to shop and make my decisions as needed. The prices were right up my alley and I am definitely recommending this store to all my friends. They found a repeat customer here and I'm happy to find this place.

Great service, went looking at various different furniture stores and Famsa by far had the best selection, price and customer service. Did not think I was going to be approved but was more than surprised when I got a $4,000 credit line with my bad credit. I highly recommend them as well as Maribel Cavazos the lovely sales person that attended us.
